Shipping tycoon Fredriksen "has voiced the possibility of
pulling the corporate headquarters of rig giant Seadrill
away from London following the UK's vote to leave the
European Union," writes shipping magazine TradewWinds on
thursday
** "The city (London) is expensive and we have alternatives
like Houston, Aberdeen or the Far East," Fredriksen tells
TradeWinds
** Fredriksen tells TradeWinds he does not see a lot of
consequences from the Brexit vote last week for his tanker
company, Frontline , according to shipping magazine
TradeWinds
** He says chartering activity is mostly conducted out of
Oslo and Singapore, although Frontline completes a substantial
part of its accounting in London
** "There is a lot of hysteria in the market right now... I
feel I cannot make a judgment on their vote in the referendum."
