Tudnál abban segíeni hogy néz ki a deal? MERt vagy azt találom hogy 15,6 milliárd EUR-ért veszi meg a Nokia az Alcatelt, vagy azt hogy minde Alcatel részvényért 0,55 Nokia részvényt adnak majd.

The deal was first announced by Nokia this past April. It reached an agreement to purchase Alcatel-Lucent in an all-share deal then worth 15.6 billion euros ($17.1 billion at the current exchange rate). Each Alcatel-Lucent share is to be swapped for 0.55 Nokia shares. The merger is still subject to approval by Nokia stockholders. Both companies expect this to pass and for the tie-up to be completed at some point in the first half of next year.
