Take a bow, First Solar (FSLR +2.5%): you're the only stock to make JPMorgan's list of stocks to avoid in 2013. The firm cites "overcapacity and declining demand in Europe," two things every solar manufacturer is painfully aware of. First Solar, which also made JPM's 2011 list, fell 66% from New Year's to its June low, but have since gained 184% on optimism about its efforts to restructure and focus on installation projects rather than module sales. Altogether, shares are down 4% on the year.
