És még mindig nem. :) Félreérted a törvények szövegét, ez még mindig nem bejelentési kötelezettség, hanem az eredeti állampolgárságot fenntartó illetőnek indokolnia kell, amit elbírálnak. Ha az indoklás nem elég meggyőző, akkor alászolgája. Ezért citálom ide.

Nem "nem önkényesen", hanem "nem önkéntesen", tehát automatikusan. Pl. egy Amerikában született gyermek megkapja az amerikai állampolgárságot, ha történetesen a szülei szlovákok, akkor ő kettős állampolgár lesz.

Lásd első bekezdés. Itt a német szöveg angolul:

"(2) Citizenship shall not be lost by any person who, prior to acquiring foreign citizenship following their application for the same, received written approval from their competent authority for retention of their citizenship. Where an applicant is ordinarily resident abroad, the German diplomatic mission abroad shall be consulted in this connection. The public and private interests shall be weighed up in reaching the decision on an application pursuant to sentence 1. With regard to an applicant who is ordinarily resident abroad, special consideration shall be accorded to the question of whether he or she is able to furnish credible evidence of continuing ties with Germany."

Az osztrák szöveg angolul (nemhivatalos fordítás):

"Article 28. (1) An Austrian national shall be permitted to retain his or her nationality in the case of acquisition of foreign citizenship (article 27) if:

1. The retention of nationality is in the interests of the Republic on account of that Austrian national’s actual or expected outstanding achievements, or on grounds particularly deserving of consideration, and

2. The foreign country whose citizenship the Austrian national is applying for consents to the retention of his or her nationality, and

3. The requirements set out in article 10, paragraphs (1) 2 to 4, 6 and 8, are satisfied mutatis mutandis."
