Finanszírozni kell a hiányt, ami állami szinten nem akkora mint a görögöknél, de duplázódott 2 év alatt. Ráadásul nem kedvez a környezet, így egyre nagyobb biztosítékot is kel fizetniük.
A magánemberek hitele viszontrendkívül magas. Ha nem nő a foglalkoztatottság, akkor csak mélyülni fog a lakáshitelt nemfizetők aránya. Ami még jobban lenyomja majd az árakat.

LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Moody's Investors Service said it has put Portugal's Aa2 government bond ratings on review for possible downgrade, while the government's Prime-1 short-term rating was affirmed. Moody's expects that, in the event of a downgrade, Portugal's Aa2 ratings would fall by one, or at most two, notches. The review of Portugal's ratings -- which had been on negative outlook since October 2009 -- is expected to conclude within a three-month time horizon. Moody's believes that increased risk discrimination in the financial markets may raise Portugal's financing costs for some time to come. Nonetheless, Moody's expects that debt service will remain very affordable in the near to medium term. Although its debt metrics may, on balance, turn out to be more consistent with a low Aa or a high A rating, the government's debt is neither unsustainable nor unbearable.

The spread on five-year Spanish credit default swaps rose to 229 basis points from 206.7 basis points on Thursday, according to CMA DataVision. That means it would now cost $229,000 a year to insure $10 million of Spanish debt against default for five years. The Greek five-year CDS spread rose to a record of 856.8 basis points, CMA said, up from 764.5, while the Portuguese spread widened to 391 basis points from 344. Italy widened to 178.4 basis points from 162.3 and Ireland widened to 244.8 basis points from 219.3 basis points.

The Portuguese CDS spread rose to 366 basis points from 284, while the Greek spread jumped to 726 basis points from 698, Markit reported. The Irish CDS spread rose 36 basis points to 225, while Italy was up 16 basis points to 158.2
Greece Imposes One-Off Tax On Enterprises
Greece will impose an one off tax to profitable enterprises for fiscal year 2009, the draft bill submitted to the Greek parliament showed.
This comes under an extra package of austerity measures Greece has to implement so as to activate the unprecedented aid package agreed by Eurogroup Sunday.
The one-off contribution will be imposed on net profit at a rate of 4% for amounts up to EUR300,000, 6% for EUR300 thousand to EUR1 million, 8% for EUR1 mil and EUR5 million and 10% for profits above EUR5 million, an article in the bill said.
Parliament is expected to vote on the bill Thursday
