In 1973, an agreement was concluded on the Scientific and Technological cooperation between the Songino Biocombinat and the enterprise Phylaxia of Hungary. The technical and the technological level of the new Biocombinat has reached a much Higher extent amongst the members of the Council of Mutual Economic Assistance (COMECON).
In 1990, the Hungarian specialists returned to their country and the Mongolian national workers, specialists and employers accepted the responsibility of leading and managing the production by themselves. Despite financial, material, technological and certain management difficulties, the Mongolians have proven that they have the capacity to manage the production independently.
