Maryland approves direct sales for Tesla Motors

A new bill signed by Governor Larry Hogan gives Tesla Motors (NASDAQ:TSLA) the right to sell directly to the public in Maryland.Alternative energy vehicle manufacturers in the state now have the right to operate up to four locations.Tesla has been waging a state-by-state battle to broaden its sales network.
