The above Client hereby grants power of attorney, excluding any of substitution, to:

(Hereinafter the “Attorney”) to act on the Client `s behalf with full legal effect with respect to TADAWULFX SA as follows:

1. The Attorney shall be legally authorized to represent the client regarding any and all present and future dealings with TADAWUL FX LTD, in particular with respect to all assets deposited in the Client’s account (s) with TADAWUL FX LTD, and to give orders to TADAWUL FX LTD. to buy, sell and trade spot and forward foreign currencies for the account for the client.

2. The attorney shall be authorized to accept, check and approve statements of account and other correspondence intended for the client.

3. Unless expressly requested in writing by the Client, the Attorney shall not however be authorized to effect any payments or to withdraw any assets of the Client deposited with TADAWUL FX LTD, except as required to perform the authorized prerogatives as hereinabove. Within the trading interval period (commences on the 12th of October 2011 and ends on 31st of December 2012) the Client is authorized to process any deposits or withdrawals only in the event of closing trading positions. Trading positions are expected to be closed on 2-5 occasions per each quarter, on the execution of which the Attorney will promptly inform the client via e-mail. The Client may place a deposit or make a withdrawal within a time period of 3 days following the receipt of the e-mail. In the event that the Client does not request to deposit or withdraw, he will automatically participate in the next trading period.

4. This Power of Attorney shall be granted to the Attorney personally, and it is hereby expressly stated that TADAWUL FX LTD shall not influence the management of the account in any way, but shall only follow the instructions given by the Attorney. The client therefore releases TADAWUL FX LTD from any responsibility whatsoever for all acts, losses or omissions on the part of the Attorney.

5. This Power of Attorney shall remain valid towards TADAWUL FX LTD until revoked in writing by the client or by the 31st of December 2012.This Power of Attorney shall not expire upon the death, bankruptcy or the loss of legal capacity of the Client or the Attorney. (deposit/withdrawal not permitted during the intervals).

6. Customers signing this Power of Attorney should be aware that differences between the exchange rate offered to the customer and that which TADAWUL FX LTD can obtain, may be accepted by the Attorney as a premium.

7. The applicable law and jurisdiction shall be governed by the General Conditions, which are known to and accepted by the Client. The terms of General Conditions apply fully to this Agreement.

8. Customers signing this Power of Attorney understand and acknowledge that the service provided is not considered as investment account management, or fund management services, but for technical trading services; supervising the operation of the "Black Box" software trading system. In addition, the Client is aware of the fact that he may lose his entire investment.

9. Customers signing the Power of Attorney receive Swap Free Accounts.

10. The lowest accepted investment is $500 but not exceeding $10,000

Direct fees:

Only Performance Fee will be charged: 50% of the realized net profits for the calculation period subject to high watermark.

The Performance Fee will be charged only on realized net profits (i.e. net profits of closed trades). The Performance Fee is subject to high watermark provisions and will only be charged when the balance on the trading account at the end of each trading period (calculation takes place at the end of each trading period exceeds the highest historical end-of-trading period trading account’s balance).It will be 50% of the realized net profits for the calculation period subject to the high watermark provision.

The Performance Fee is calculated and paid in the event of closing trading positions at the end of each trading period. Trading period means the period between two instances of closing trading positions.

Trading interval period

Begins on the 12th of October 2011 and ends on 31st of December 2012.

If the Client requests a withdrawal and/or transfer from his trading account, and there are insufficient funds available to pay due amounts to the Attorney as a result of such request or other action taken by the Client, the Client understands and agrees that such request may not be processed for the full amount requested and Tadawul FX is authorized to withhold the due fees.
