SPAIN DOWNGRADE RUMOUR Another rumour doing the rounds, as Fitch have apparently downgraded Spain - like before appears unlikely, for now - but the conspiracy theorists will note Spain's IBEX -2.7% - and well underperforming with Spanish banks clobbered -3.8%.
